9 ELO points separate Paris from Nice at the top of the Ligue 1 Jerseys ranking, after 6572 duels.

The podium reveals a tight race among French club designs, with Paris holding first at 1338 ELO points and Nice trailing at 1329. Lyon claims third with 1313 ELO, but a 36-point gap separates it from fourth-placed Marseille at 1277, marking the sharpest divide in the top five. This split suggests voters saw a clear quality difference between Lyon's design and the Marseille shirt below it. Monaco rounds out the top group at 1261 ELO. The competition remains fierce across the upper ranks, with just 77 points separating Paris from Monaco.

At the bottom, Ajaccio sits last at 1028 ELO, more than 200 points behind the leaders, suggesting voters found little appeal in its home shirt design. Troyes occupies the second-to-last position at 1096, while Lorient stands at 1118 in eighteenth place. This ranking draws from 6572 duels cast by 147 players across all 20 Ligue 1 contenders. The figures were last updated on 11 October 2026. Paris may lead, but Nice trails by fewer than 10 points, and the battle for jersey supremacy remains wide open. How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
