Best tensei slime characters

Rimuru leads the Jura Tempest Federation ranking with 1649 ELO points over 67 duels, ahead of Diablo and Veldora.

The podium reveals a decisive 176-point gap between Rimuru and Diablo, the widest margin in the ranking. Rimuru's 84% win rate confirms the slime's overwhelming popularity among voters, while Diablo secures second place with 1473 ELO and a 70% win rate. Veldora follows at 1448 ELO, holding the third spot after 85 duels. The distance between these top three and the rest of the field underscores their status as clear favorites. At the bottom, Gard Mjöllmile ranks 16th with 881 ELO, while Vesta sits just above at 908 ELO. The lower positions suggest that combat specialists and supporting characters struggle to match the charisma and narrative weight of the federation's leaders.

This ranking draws on 3509 duels contributed by 84 players across 16 contenders, updated on 11 October 2026. The volume of votes reflects a dedicated fanbase willing to weigh each character's appeal against the others. How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
