Worst Kurozumi family members

448 duels later, Orochi Kurozumi remains the worst member of the Kurozumi family, with Higurashi Kurozumi ranked second at 1270 ELO points.

The sharpest divide in this ranking sits between ranks 2 and 3, where 147 ELO points separate Higurashi Kurozumi from Kanjuro Kurozumi. This gap reveals how the community clusters the family into two tiers of villainy. Orochi Kurozumi edges ahead of Higurashi by just 28 points, claiming the top spot with 1298 ELO and a 69% win rate across 13 duels. His reign as shogun and his role in Wano's suffering clearly resonate with voters as the family's greatest crimes. Higurashi follows at 1270 ELO with a 73% win rate over 15 duels, her manipulation earning her a firm second place. At the bottom, Semimaru Kurozumi lands in fourth at 1109 ELO, trailing Kanjuro by 14 points. The tight competition at the top and the relatively modest gap at the bottom suggest voters reserve their harshest judgment for Orochi and Higurashi, while Kanjuro and Semimaru draw less unified condemnation.

How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
