Best Zoro katanas

Enma wins 69% of its duels and tops the Zoro katana ranking ahead of Shusui.

Enma scores 1348 ELO points after 48 duels, edging out Shusui by 77 points. The real surprise lies below: Wado Ichimonji, Zoro's first and most sentimental blade, holds only third place with 1268 ELO despite appearing in 61 duels. The sharpest divide in the ranking separates third-ranked Wado Ichimonji from fourth-place Sandai Kitetsu, with a 156-point ELO gap that splits the podium from the rest. At the bottom, Yubashiri struggles with a 21% win rate across 43 duels, placing it 111 points below Sandai Kitetsu and suggesting that nostalgia alone does not sway voters when Zoro's cursed or legendary blades enter the arena. The community clearly favors power and prestige over sentiment when ranking these iconic weapons.

This ranking draws from 1249 duels cast by 189 players across 5 contenders, updated on 10 October 2026. Each duel pits two katanas head-to-head, and every choice shifts the ELO standings. Whether you favor Enma's raw power, Shusui's black blade prestige, or Wado Ichimonji's emotional weight, your vote reshapes the hierarchy. The battle between legendary blades continues with each new duel. Head to the Zoro katana TopList, compare your favorites, and cast your vote to influence the final standings.

How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
