Zoro leads the One Piece Live Action ranking with 1263 ELO points over 56 duels, ahead of Luffy and Nami.

The top of this ranking reveals a tight race among the Straw Hat crew. Zoro wins 63% of his duels, establishing a 55-point lead over Luffy at 1208 ELO. Nami follows closely at 1202, just 6 points behind the captain, suggesting voters see these three performances as nearly equivalent in quality. Usopp holds fourth place with 1193 ELO, while the sharpest divide appears between ranks 4 and 5: a 59-point gap separates Usopp from Sanji at 1134. This split indicates the community draws a clear line between the upper quartet and the fifth position, with Sanji winning only 42% of his 73 duels. How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
