Best Attack on Titan arcs

Return to Shiganshina wins 78% of its duels and tops the Attack on Titan ranking ahead of Clash of the Titans.

Return to Shiganshina dominates with 1389 ELO points after 128 duels, establishing clear supremacy in this contest of manga arcs. The sharpest divide appears between ranks 2 and 3, where 88 ELO points separate Clash of the Titans from Battle of Trost. That gap exceeds the distance between Return to Shiganshina and its runner-up by 4 points, suggesting Clash of the Titans holds a secure position while Battle of Trost faces pressure from Female Titan just 30 points below. At the bottom, 104th Training Corps sits at 1059 ELO with a 29% win rate across 137 duels, marking it as the arc voters consistently reject. The ranking spreads 330 ELO points from top to bottom, a range that reflects genuine disagreement rather than consensus.

This ranking draws from 1421 duels cast by 76 players across 9 contenders, updated on 11 October 2026. Each vote refines the hierarchy, and the gaps between arcs remain fluid enough that sustained voting could reshuffle the middle ranks. Return to Shiganshina's lead looks solid but not insurmountable. If you have a favorite arc that deserves recognition or want to challenge the current order, cast your duels and shape the Attack on Titan ranking.

How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
