Best Gangsta characters

1950 duels later, Nicolas holds first place in the Gangsta ranking with 1317 ELO points, just ahead of Alex at 1314.

The top of the ranking is tightly contested. Nicolas edges out Alex by a mere 3 ELO points, while Worick sits at third with 1303 points, trailing the leader by 14. Alex boasts a 69 percent win rate across 26 duels, the highest performance metric among the top contenders, yet it is not enough to claim the top spot. The sharpest break comes between ranks 4 and 5, where Ginger at 1296 points opens a 32-point gap over Doug at 1264. This divide suggests the community draws a line between the central trio and the rest of the cast. At the bottom, Ivan languishes at 1059 ELO points after 26 duels, while Joel at 1062 and Chad at 1078 round out the lower end, showing that even within a tight-knit series, some characters struggle to find champions.

This ranking draws on 1950 duels cast by 38 players across 19 contenders, updated on 12 October 2026. Whether you side with the stoic Nicolas, the resilient Alex, or another figure from Ergastulum's underworld, your vote shapes the hierarchy. How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
