Best Red Ribbon Army members

55 ELO points separate General Blue from Ninja Murasaki at the top of the Dragon Ball Red Ribbon Army ranking, after 1726 duels.

General Blue claims the top spot with 1392 ELO points, establishing a commanding 55-point lead over second-place Ninja Murasaki. The podium closes with Android 8 at 1294 points, trailing the leader by 98 points. Commander Red, the organization's namesake leader, sits at fourth with 1271 ELO, while Colonel Black rounds out the top 5 at 1236. The gap between Blue and Murasaki marks the sharpest division in the ranking, underlining Blue's status as the community's clear favorite among the Red Ribbon ranks. At the bottom, Boing struggles at 994 ELO with a 27% win rate across 73 duels, suggesting the character leaves fans cold compared to the saga's more memorable military operatives.

How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
