Best Cyberpunk 2077 characters

Panam Palmer wins 69% of her duels and tops the favorite character from Cyberpunk 2077 ranking ahead of V.

A 48 ELO point gap separates Panam Palmer from V, a decisive margin that confirms the nomad's hold on first place. Judy Alvarez claims third at 1493 points, while Jackie Welles and Johnny Silverhand battle for recognition just below, separated by only 3 points. The distance between first and second outweighs any other split in the top ranks, establishing Panam as the uncontested community favorite. At the opposite end, Dexter DeShawn lands at the bottom with 911 points and a 30% win rate across 273 duels, a steep fall from the main story's early prominence. Placide sits just above him at 981 points, suggesting the Voodoo Boys leave players cold.

This ranking draws from 7239 duels cast by 73 players across 28 contenders, updated on 12 October 2026. Each duel pits two characters head-to-head, and every choice shifts the standings. The current spread reflects thousands of individual preferences, but the next wave of votes can tighten gaps or widen them. How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
