Best CD Projekt games

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt leads the CD Projekt ranking with 1405 ELO points over 17 duels, ahead of Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings.

The podium reflects the studio's evolution, with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt dominating at 1405 ELO points and winning 76% of its duels. Cyberpunk 2077 secures second place with 1351 ELO points, edging out its predecessor The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings by 124 points. The sharpest divide appears between The Witcher and Gwent: The Witcher Card Game, where 147 ELO points separate fourth from fifth place. This gap suggests the community draws a line between the studio's narrative-driven RPGs and its card game ventures. At the bottom, Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales sits at 1012 ELO with a 24% win rate, indicating that story-focused spin-offs struggle to match the appeal of the mainline titles.

This ranking draws from 399 duels involving 43 players across 6 contenders, updated on 12 October 2026. The data reveals clear preferences within CD Projekt's catalog, with the flagship Witcher entry far outpacing both the experimental Cyberpunk 2077 and the earlier, rougher Witcher games. How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
