Rise of the Guardians characters ranking

Jack Frost leads the Rise of the Guardians ranking with 1461 ELO points over 10 duels, ahead of Sandman and Bunnymund.

A 206-point gap separates Jack Frost from Sandman at the top, the widest margin in this ranking of five Guardians. The winter spirit's dominance is unmistakable: he wins 90% of his duels, a performance that leaves little room for his closest rival. Bunnymund claims third place with 1212 ELO points across 13 duels, while the battle for the bottom is far tighter. North and Tooth sit nearly level at 1038 and 1036 points respectively, separated by just 2 ELO points despite contrasting win rates of 25% and 27%. The community has delivered a clear verdict on its favorite Guardian, though the lower half of the ranking shows how closely matched these characters remain in voters' eyes.

This ranking draws on 537 duels cast by 77 players as of 11 October 2026. Five Guardians compete for the top spot, each tested through head-to-head matchups that reveal which character resonates most strongly with the community. The ELO system rewards consistency and popularity, adjusting scores after every duel to reflect shifting preferences. How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
