Rules for the TopList .io x VAINKEURZ Contest

Article 1 – Organization

The company VAINKEURZ, a single-member simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a capital of €15,000, whose registered office is located at 21 Avenue du Bois Saint Jean in Orry-la-Ville, registered with the Compiùgne Trade and Companies Register, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”,

in partnership with Mangas.io, a company headquartered at 3 PLACE JEAN NOUZILLE ESPACE CONQUERANT, 14000 CAEN, hereinafter referred to as “the Partner”,

is organizing a free contest with no purchase necessary titled TopList .io x VAINKEURZ Halloween 2025,” available on the website www.vainkeurz.com (hereinafter “the Site”).

Article 2 – Competition Dates

The contest will run from October 18, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. to November 8, 2025, at 11:59 p.m . (Paris time).

The drawing to determine the winner will take place in the days following the contest's closing date, and no later than November 15, 2025.

Article 3 – Conditions of Participation

Participation is free and there is no obligation to purchase.

The contest is open to any individual who is at least 18 years old, has Internet access, and a valid email address.

Article 4 – Terms and Conditions of Participation

To participate, users must:

  1. Visit the website www.vainkeurz.com;
  2. Enter your email address in the form provided;
  3. Rank the items listed in the TopList of the contest;
  4. Optionally, share your TopList on the social media platform of your choice to double your chances in the drawing.

Each participant may register only once (using the same email address). If multiple entries are submitted using the same email address, only one registration will be accepted.

Article 5 – Selection of the Winner

The winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible participants who have completed the TopList.

Participants who have shared their TopList their chances of winning doubled in the drawing.

The drawing will be conducted by VAINKEURZ under internal supervision.

The winner will be contacted by email at the address provided during registration.

If we do not receive a response within 7 days, the prize will be awarded to a new participant selected at random.

Article 6 – Funding

The winner will receive a Ryuk figurine (a character from Death Note).

The figurine will be shipped free of charge by VAINKEURZ to the mailing address provided by the winner after confirmation of their identity.

The prize cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash.

Article 7 – Liability

VAINKEURZ Mangas.io shall not be held liable for:

  • If there is an error in the contact information provided by the participant;
  • In the event of a malfunction of the Internet or the website that prevents participation;
  • In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond their control.

Article 8 – Personal Data and the GDPR

As part of this contest, VAINKEURZ collects the following data:

  • Email address;
  • Data from the TopList rankings, preferences, etc.).

This data is used:

  • By VAINKEURZ for the purposes of contest administration and promotional communications;
  • By Mangas.io for commercial and marketing purposes.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, participants have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, and object to the processing of their personal data.

The data collected will not be sold or shared with any third parties other than Mangas.io and VAINKEURZ.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property

The trademarks, logos, graphics, and visual elements related to the contest are the exclusive property of their respective owners.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use without authorization is prohibited.

Article 10 – Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in the contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these rules, which are available on the website www.vainkeurz.com throughout the duration of the contest.

No claims will be accepted after the contest has ended.

Article 11 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these rules shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, unless otherwise provided by law.
