Rules for the " TopList Mangas.io x VAINKEURZ " competition

Article 1 - Organization

The company VAINKEURZa single-person simplified joint stock company (SASU) with a capital of €15,000, whose registered office is located at 21 avenue du bois saint jean in Orry-la-ville, registered with the RCS of compiègne, hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer",

in partnership with Mangas.io, whose head office is located at 3 PLACE JEAN NOUZILLE ESPACE CONQUERANT, 14000 CAEN, hereinafter referred to as "the Partner",

is organizing a free, no-obligation contest entitled " TopList Mangas.io x VAINKEURZ - Halloween 2025", accessible on the www.vainkeurz.com website (hereinafter "the Site").

Article 2 - Competition dates

The competition will run from October 18, 2025 at 00:00 to November 8, 2025 at 23:59 (Paris time).

The draw to determine the winner will take place in the days following the close of the competition, and no later than November 15, 2025.

Article 3 - Participation conditions

Participation is free and no purchase is necessary.

The game is open to anyone over the age of 18 with Internet access and a valid e-mail address.

Article 4 - Terms of participation

To participate, the user must :

  1. Visit www.vainkeurz.com;
  2. Enter your e-mail address in the form provided;
  3. Classify the proposed items in the TopList of the contest;
  4. Optionally, share your TopList on the social network of your choice to double your chances in the draw.

Each participant may register only once (same e-mail). In the event of multiple entries with the same e-mail address, only one entry will be accepted.

Article 5 - Designation of the winner

The winner will be chosen by random draw from among all valid participants who have completed the TopList.

Participants who share their TopList will have their chances doubled in the draw.

The draw will be made by VAINKEURZ under internal control.

The winner will be contacted by e-mail at the address provided during registration.

If no reply is received within 7 days, the prize will be awarded to a new participant drawn at random.

Article 6 - Prize

The winner will receive a Ryuk figurine ( Death Note character).

The figurine will be shipped free of charge by VAINKEURZ to the postal address provided by the winner after confirmation of his/her identity.

The prize cannot be exchanged, reimbursed or converted into monetary value.

Article 7 - Liability

VAINKEURZ and Mangas.io shall not be held liable for any damages:

  • In the event of an error in the contact details provided by the participant ;
  • In the event of a malfunction of the Internet or the site preventing participation ;
  • In the event of force majeure or an event beyond their control.

Article 8 - Personal data and RGPD

As part of this competition, VAINKEURZ collects the following data:

  • E-mail address ;
  • Data from TopList (rankings, preferences, etc.).

These data are used :

  • By VAINKEURZ for contest management and promotional communication purposes;
  • By Mangas.io for commercial and marketing communication purposes.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 as amended, participants have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit and object to their data.

These rights can be exercised :

The data collected will not be sold or passed on to third parties other than Mangas.io and VAINKEURZ.

Article 9 - Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos, graphic and visual elements relating to the contest are the exclusive property of their owners.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited.

Article 10 - Acceptance of the rules

Participation in the game implies full acceptance of the present rules, available on the www.vainkeurz.com website for the duration of the competition.

No claims will be accepted after the competition closes.

Article 11 - Applicable law and jurisdiction

These rules are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these rules will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, unless otherwise provided by law.
