Terms and conditions of participation — VAINKEURZ contest VAINKEURZ Terms of Use)

1) Organization of the contest

This contest (hereinafter referred to as the " Contest ") is organized by:

VAINKEURZ, a simplified joint stock company with capital of €15,000, whose registered office is located at 21 avenue du Bois Saint Jean, 60560 Orry-la-Ville (France), registered with the Compiègne Trade and Companies Register under number 941 824 385 (hereinafter referred to as " the Organizer ").

The Contest is free and there is no obligation to purchase, except for connection and Internet access costs, which remain the responsibility of the participant.
Where applicable, the use of a discount code provided as part of the Contest remains optional.

2) Conditions of participation

Participation in the Contest is open to any individual:

  • of legal age (or having reached the legal age required under applicable regulations);
  • residing in metropolitan France (unless otherwise stated below);
  • with a valid email address.

Participation is via a registration form (or any other participation method provided on the VAINKEURZ website) requiring the entry of an email address.

All participation:

  • incomplete,
  • incorrect,
  • not in compliance with these regulations,

  • s that are fraudulent or fraudulent will not be considered.

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant who does not comply with these rules.

3) Duration of the contest

The Contest is open as soon as it is published on the page https://vainkeurz.com/lot-a-gagner/ and closes on the date and at the time indicated on the page dedicated to the contest in question.
Any entries registered after the closing date will not be considered.

4) Random draw (if applicable)

If the Contest provides for the selection of a winner by random draw, the draw will be conducted:

  • on the Twitch channel VAINKEURZ https://www.twitch.tv/Vainkeurz
  • date and time: every Thursday at 6:30 p.m. (Paris time), unless otherwise specified on the contest page.
  • format: public Twitch live stream (unless otherwise stated)

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Contest period.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the date/time of the draw in the event of technical constraints or events beyond its control, provided that participants are informed by any appropriate means.

5) Prize(s) to be won

The prize(s) offered is/are specified on the relevant contest page.

Unless otherwise stated: 

  • the prize is non-exchangeable,
  • non-refundable,
  • nor convertible into cash.

If the prize is unavailable, the Organizer reserves the right to offer a prize of equivalent value and characteristics.

6) Personal data

The data collected as part of the Contest (in particular the email address) is processed solely for the following purposes:

  • management of shareholdings,
  • the designation and notification of the winner,
  • and, where applicable, shipment of the batch and fraud prevention.

These processes are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations on personal data protection.

Each participant has the rights provided for by the regulations (access, rectification, erasure, opposition, etc.) and may exercise them by contacting: [email protected].

7) Liability

The Organizer shall not be held liable in the event of:

  • technical malfunction,
  • service interruption,
  • Internet-related issue,
  • unavailability or incident on a third-party platform (e.g., Twitch),
  • participation not taken into account due to a technical incident beyond his control.

8) Acceptance of the rules

Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these rules if necessary, provided that participants are informed by any appropriate means.
