Terms and Conditions — VAINKEURZ Contest VAINKEURZ Terms of Service)

1) Contest Organization

This contest (hereinafter the “Contest” ) is organized by:

VAINKEURZ, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with capital of €15,000, headquartered at 21 avenue du Bois Saint Jean, 60560 Orry-la-Ville (France), registered with the Compiègne Trade and Companies Register under number 941 824 385 (hereinafter “the Organizer”).

The Contest is free to enter and requires no purchase, though participants are responsible for any internet connection and access fees.
If applicable, the use of a discount code provided as part of the Contest is optional.

2) Terms and Conditions

Participation in the Contest is open to any individual:

  • of legal age (or who have reached the legal age required by applicable regulations);
  • residing in mainland France (unless otherwise stated below);
  • who have a valid email address.

To participate, you must complete a registration form (or use any other participation method provided on the VAINKEURZ website), which requires you to enter an email address.

Any participation:

  • incomplete,
  • incorrect,
  • that does not comply with these regulations,
  • or fraudulent,
    will not be considered.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with these rules.

3) Duration of the contest

The Contest opens upon publication on the page https://vainkeurz.com/lot-a-gagner/ and closes on the date and at the time indicated on the page dedicated to the relevant contest.
Any entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

4) Random drawing (if applicable)

If the Contest involves selecting a winner by random drawing, the drawing is conducted:

  • on the VAINKEURZ Twitch channel VAINKEURZ https://www.twitch.tv/Vainkeurz
  • Date and time: Every Thursday at 6:30 p.m. (Paris time), unless otherwise specified on the contest page.
  • format: public Twitch livestream (unless otherwise noted)

The winner is selected at random from all valid entries received during the Contest period.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the date and time of the drawing in the event of technical difficulties or circumstances beyond its control, provided that participants are notified by any appropriate means.

5) Prize(s) to be won

The prize(s) to be awarded is/are listed on the page for the relevant contest.

Unless otherwise stated: 

  • The prize is non-exchangeable,
  • nor refundable,
  • nor convertible into cash.

If the prize is unavailable, the Organizer reserves the right to offer a prize of equivalent value and characteristics.

6) Personal data

The data collected as part of the Contest (including email addresses) is processed solely for the following purposes:

  • investment management,
  • the selection and notification of the winner,
  • and, where applicable, the shipment of the batch and the prevention of fraud.

This data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Each participant has the rights provided for by law (access, correction, deletion, objection, etc.) and may exercise these rights by contacting: [email protected].

7) Liability

The Organizer shall not be held liable in the event of:

  • technical malfunction,
  • service interruption,
  • an Internet-related issue,
  • unavailability or an issue with a third-party platform (e.g., Twitch),
  • Participation was not counted due to a technical issue beyond their control.

8) Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these rules if necessary, provided that participants are notified by any appropriate means.
